Super yummy , savory and crunchy!
Recipe -
6 cups bite size pork rinds
1/2 stick of butter
3/4 cups Fresh grated Parmesan/ Reggiano
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp Italian seasoning
Redmond’s sea salt
Instructions -
Preheat oven to 225 degrees
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the cheese and spices together.
Place bite size pork rinds in a freezer bag.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
Pour butter over pork rinds and shake shake shake!
Once coated with butter pour the cheese mixture in the bag and shake, shake, shake!
Pour the rinds on the baking sheet, spread around and be sure everything is covered!
I like to grate extra cheese on top! Salt as much or little as you like and pop in the oven!!
Bake 15-20 mins. Cool completely and store in a clean freezer bag enjoy!!!
