The Keto Lady Churros

This is a great snack!! Do you always have pork rinds on hand?? Always wondering what to do with them?? This!! THIS!! This!!!

What you need -

6 Cups of Pork Rinds

1/2 Stick of Melted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla

1/4 cup of Monkfruit
1 1/2 TBS Cinnamon

Preheat oven to 225
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Put pork rinds in a freezer bag, mix the vanilla in the butter then pour over the pork rinds. Shake bag like crazy, be sure to coat pork rinds. Mix monkfruit/sweetener with cinnamon…. Blend well and pour into the bag!! Shake, Shake, Shake , Shake your BOOTY!! Have some FUN!!

Pour onto parchment paper, and bake for 15 -20 mins at 225….. cool down and munch!!
