The Keto Lady St. Louis Ribs

Fall off the bone delicious ribs take time!!You will love these on game day, or any night of the week that you have the time to oven roast! These take about 4 hours in the oven!

Recipe - Set oven to 250 degrees

These ribs start out being rubbed with The Keto Lady Taco Seasoning, along with 1 Tablespoon of Swerve Brown Sugar mixed in.

2 Tablespoons Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Paprika

1 Tablespoon Sea Salt

1 Tablespoon Black Pep (If you like less spice use half)

2 Teaspoons Cumin

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar Swerve

Rub all over the ribs and wrap them in foil. place on a lined baking sheet for no mess!

Bake in preheated oven for 3-4 hours! Fall off the bone, delicious!

If you like put some keto/low carb barbeque sauce on them, and put back in the oven for a few minutes!

We serve with The Keto Lady Coleslaw as a side dish

or try The Keto Lady Broccoli Salad or The Keto Lady Potato Salad!
