This is such a great way to Detox, as well as getting in some good old fashioned water!!
What you need -
5 fresh clean lemons
2 Quarts water
How to prep:
While the water is boiling cut all lemons in half and squeeze them into a bowl.. reserving juice.
Put the squeezed lemon rinds into the boiling water and boil for 30 mins..
Strain and add the fresh squeezed juice back in..
Store in the refrigerator and drink 2-4 ounces a day…
I added ice more water (it’s strong) abs some monkfruit liquid sweetener!
I could soo on this all day! I may add some mint!
