The Keto Lady Pecan Praline

Recipe-


2.5 cups of roasted pecans (roast in a fry frying pan until fragrant)
1 stick Kerry gold butter (cut one tablespoons off)
1/2 cup of Heavy Cream
Pinch salt
1/3 cup Powdered sweetener ( I used swerve)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla

What to do-

To a skillet add butter, except the tablespoon, set over medium heat.
Adding in sweetener and heavy cream stir frequently until it starts to brown..
Add pecans back in. Once the color starts to brown good, remove pan from heat and add the remaining butter and vanilla! Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop out 18 - 20 piles. Freeze overnight and store in a freezer bag!
