Ingredients:

- 1 container grape tomatoes

- 1 large head of garlic, peeled

- Olive oil

- Pink salt

- Pepper

. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Place cleaned tomatoes and peeled garlic in a glass baking dish.

3. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Add pink salt and pepper to taste.

4. Bake in the oven until the tomatoes burst, about 35-40 minutes.

This roasted tomato and garlic mixture is fantastic in shrimp noodle dishes, on fish, or chicken!
