• 1 teaspoon water

• Dash of Redmond sea salt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, egg, mayonnaise or sour cream, water, and a dash of Redmond sea salt until smooth.

2. Preheat your truffle maker.

3. Pour the mixture into the truffle maker, filling the molds evenly.

4. Cook for 3-5 minutes or until golden and set.
