The Keto Lady Broccoli Gratin
This recipe is a family favorite!! Add some ham for a full meal!
The Keto Lady Broccoli Gratin
Recipe-
I lb Broccoli Florets - Blanched
4 Oz Grated Cheddar ( divided)
4 Oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Cloves Garlic
Sea Salt
Pepper
Preheat over to 375
1.Blanch broccoli so it’s still crunchy. Drain well!
2. In a pan on medium high heat add butter, garlic, cream cheese and heavy cream until it’s all melted and combined. Gently fold in 1/2 of the cheddar cheese.
3. Add the broccoli into the sauce and mix until it’s all combined.
4. Pour into your casserole dish and add the remaining cheddar on top and bake about 20-30 mins until it’s bubbling and brown!
