The Keto Lady Pizza Crust

Recipe -2 cups fresh grated mozzarella ( if you can)

1/2 cup sifted almond flour

McCormack Pizza Seasoning

Instructions-

Preheat oven and pizza stone to 375 ( if using) if not I recommend using parchment paper on a large baking sheet.

In a plastic bowl add the cheese and season with 1 TBLs of Pizza Seasoning. Mix well. Put into the microwave for 90 seconds. Make sure the cheese is super melted. Slowly add in the sifted almond flour forming a ball.

I like to roll out my dough on parchment paper. Making it pretty thin. About 1/4 inch.

Bake the crust in the oven until brown about 7 mins. Then top with your favorite ingredients and put back in the oven until the cheese melts!
