The Keto Lady Blue Ribbon Cornbread

The Keto Lady Corn Bread

You will need Corn Extract for this recipe. You can get it online.

Preheat your oven to 400 F

1 1/2 Cups Sifted Almond Flour

1/4 tsp Onion Powder

1 tbls Baking Powder

1/4 tsp minced Garlic

1/4 tsp pink salt

2 Large Eggs

1/2 Cup Sour Cream

4 Tbls melted ghee or butter

1 tsp Corn Extract ( i used Sweet Corn Extract )

1/2 cup fresh grated Cheddar Cheese

2 Tablespoon Pickled Jalepenos (optional)

3 slices cooked Bacon (optional)

Instructions-

I like to sift my almond flour, so I dont get clumps or grains in there! Take the time! It makes the difference!

Combine the first five ingredients mix well. Then add the rest forming the batter.

The jalepenos and bacon are optional

Pour mixture into a well greased Pyrex casserole dish. Bake it for 20 -22 mins or until golden brown and cooked through. It will rise as it bakes.

Let this cool for at least 30 mins!
