The Keto Lady Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are yummy. You can add in more gelatin if you want them more chewy!

1.5 Cups (sifted) Almond Flour

1/2 Cup Keto Sweetener

Couple of drops of liquid sweetener (optional) I use it to cut down the cooling effect)

1 Tablespoon Gelatin

1/2 Stick melted butter (Kerry Gold )

1 Egg

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 Tsp Baking Power

1/2 Tsp of Sea Salt

1/2 Cup Chips

Preheat oven to 350

Whisk together the egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

Sift together the dry ingredients. Almond flour, baking powder, gelatin, and the sweetener.

Using a cookie scoop line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Makes 18-20 cookies…

I used a cookie scoop to put the dough on the tray. Be sure to flatten a little.. Push down the top. They do not spread.
