The Keto Lady Garlic Roasted Radishes

Super simple side dish!! Ill let you in on the secret ingredient!

I love these radishes roasted with garlic oil or smashed with sour cream, cheddar cheese, scallions and bacon!

Let’s face it…. How about some rosemary salt and pepper… so many ways!!

Preheat over to 350

Make ahead oil..

I use fresh garlic cloves in olive oil, I marinate overnight and roast in the garlic as well!

1/4 cup olive oil 1-2 cloves or garlic. Depending on your level of garlic! Chop garlic in good size slivers. ( you can see mine in the pan) and soak in oil.

You can also use store bought garlic oil. Or just oil… I like the real garlic roasted.

Clean and cut radishes, be sure they are dry.
Put into your roasting pan coat the radishes with the oil and garlic, some salt and pepper!!

Roast about 15 mins then toss, roast another 10 or so!
