The Keto Lady Marinated Mushrooms
Perfect side dish for your Steak or Salmon! Great on a Charcuterie Board! Super simple to make!
Recipe-
1/2 cup olive or MCT oil
2 lbs button mushrooms cleaned and quartered
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup chopped onion (small)
2 cloves garlic cut very thin
1 bunch basil leaves (ribbon cut)
1 Tsp Herbes de Provence
1 Tsp Redmonds sea salt ( Pink Himalayan)
1/2 Tsp black pepper
Lightly oil pan, and Sauté the mushrooms and onion about 3 mins. They will shrink down!!
I drain my mushrooms, then add the rest into mix, and store in a large Mason jar! Refrigerate over night!
