The Keto Lady Cruncha Bunch
There are no words for how delicious this is!! It covers all the bases!! Crunchy, Chocolatey, Peanut Buttery deliciousness!!
Recipe:
3 Cups of Pork Rinds in bite size pieces
4 TBLS Grass Fed Butter
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
1/8 TSP Vanilla
3 TBLS Keto Friendly Sweetener ( granular)
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
3 TBLS Cocoa Powder
What to do-
Melt over low heat the butter, and coconut oil. Once combined wish in vanilla, and sweetener.
Once combined add in and melt peanut butter. Add in cocoa powder!
Put bite size pork rinds in a large bowl and pour the melted mixture over. Combine well.
I used gloves and my hands to coat well!
Line a planking sheet with parchment paper and lay coated pork rinds spaced apart on pan.. using a sift, sift powdered keto friendly sweetener over top!
Put pan in refrigerator for an hour! Then transfer to a freezer bag and store in the freezer!
