Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:

• 1 cup almond flour

• 1/4 cup coconut flour

• 1/2 cup erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• 1/4 teaspoon salt

• 1/3 cup melted coconut oil

• 2 large eggs, at room temperature

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/2 teaspoon banana extract

• 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

• 1/2 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips

• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, banana extract, and almond milk until well combined.

4. Combine Wet and Dry: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts, if using.

5. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
