These are so simple no bake and yummy and you can make them 3 different ways!!!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Powdered Keto Sweetener ( or liquid to taste)
- 2/3 Cup Nut Butter I used Peanut Butter ( no sugar)
- 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 TSP Vanilla
Instructions-
- Mix all ingredients together and put on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Put in freezer for 30 mins.
Makes 18 cookies!!
If you want to change the recipe up add in 1/4 cup keto friendly chocolate chips or 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
Macros will change. Also please keep these in the freezer or they will be a hot mess!! They melt quick!
