The Keto Lady Pumpkin Soup

This recipe is perfect for all the pumpkin lovers! Its a great dish for the holidays, or an afternoon lunch, or an evening snack to sip on!!

I make it super low carb by using more chicken bone broth, than pumpkin! But if your macros allow add more pumpkin!!

Recipe :

2 Cups of Chicken Bone Broth ( can be regular chicken stock as well. I just prefer bone broth)

1/2 to 1 Cup Of Canned Pumpkin ( make sure its not Pumpkin Pie) Read the back of the can. No sugar.

1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

1/2 tsp Onion Powder

Redmonds Sea Salt

This is the base! The rest is up to you.

I use Ground Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and a Sage leaf plus a dash of Liquid Keto Sweetener.

You could use Curry, Cumin or anything else you like!

I top with Pumpkin seeds!!

Macros will differ depending on what you put in the bowl!
