The Keto Lady Sausage Soup

The Keto Lady Sausage Soup

This is a family favorite! You can use spicy sausage, or sweet Italian.

Recipe -

1 lb Italian Sausage

1 Tbls Olive Oil

I 32 Oz Chicken Broth

1/2 Small Onion

1 Small Zucchini

1 Small Summer Squash

1 Small Container Mushrooms

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 28 oz Can of Petite Diced Tomato’s

1/2 Cup Fresh Grated Parm and extra for topping/serving

1 TSP Italian Seasoning

Large Bunch of Fresh Basil

Pink Salt / Pepper to taste

Instructions -

Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add in sausage to brown. Once browned, remove from pan and add in veggies. Cook and combine until fragrant. add spices and sausage back in, along with broth and tomatoes. Simmer about 30 40 mins and add in 1/2 cup parm and fresh basil. I use alot of basil because I love it! Use to your taste! Salt and pepper to taste!

This is a also delicious the next few days so make extra!!

I typically double or triple the recipe!!
