Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced

• 1/2 onion, chopped

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

• 1 cup beef broth

• 1/2 cup sour cream

• 2 tsp Dijon mustard

• Salt & pepper

• Parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Brown beef in olive oil, set aside.

2. Sauté onion & garlic, add mushrooms.

3. Add broth, return beef to skillet.

4. Stir in sour cream & mustard.

5. Garnish with parsley.
