**Ingredients:**

- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices

- 1/2 cup low-carb pizza sauce

**Instructions:**

Mix 1.5 cups mozzarella, almond flour, and Italian seasoning.

Form into small disks on a baking sheet, top with pizza sauce, remaining cheese, and pepperoni.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
