The Keto Lady Broccoli Salad

Recipes-

  • 8 cups of Broccoli cut in bite size pieces. (I prefer to blanch for 3 mins) in boiling water... then ice bath... to cool quick.

  • 1/4 cup of onion ( purple or white )

  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds

  • 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese shredded

  • 6 -8 slices of bacon crumbled Dressing

  • 3/4 cup of Mayo ( no sugar)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 small squirts Liquid Stevia


Instructions-

Cut Broccoli into bite size pieces blanch in boiling water for 3 mins. Flash cool in ice water. ( very important ) I blanch because if I don’t too much raw Broccoli hurts my tummy!
Dry really well-
Toss in onion and sunflower seeds

Mix up dressing ( be careful with the stevia go slow) you don’t want it to be to sweet. Just taste test.
When ready toss in cheese and bacon add dressing and stir!

Refrigerate for a couple hours! Tastes great next day!!
