The Keto Lady Cream Sauce for Salmon
What you need:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Remove from heat and let the sauce thicken slightly as it cools.
7. Serve over cooked salmon, garnished with fresh dill or parsley.
