The Keto Lady Italian Chicken with Cherry Tomatoes
What you need:
• 4 chicken breasts (6 ounces each)
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)
• Shredded Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with Italian seasoning, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and surround with the seasoned tomatoes.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
5. Rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese if desired.
