Super simple white fish recipe! You could crust on scallops, or chicken as well!

Recipes-

Cod Fillets or fish of choice

For the crust-

Grated Parmesan Cheese
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Basil or Parsley
Sea Salt
Olive Oil

Instructions-


Preheat Oven to 410 degrees

Line a cookie sheet with foil and grease with olive oil or pan spray.

Mix all ingredients together, coat fish with oil and press crust onto the fish. Once coated on both sides and ends place on baking sheet!

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 mins or until fish flakes easily with fork!
