The Keto Lady Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Shrimp and Asparagus

Recipes-

  • Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • asparagus

  • butter

  • minced garlic

  • lemon juice

  • lemon wedges

  • parsley

  • salt and pepper

Instructions -

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F Place asparagus on a baking sheet, and toss with melted garlic butter, salt, and pepper.

  2. Roast for 10 minutes. Add shrimp and lemon wedges to the sheet pan, tossing with more garlic butter.

  3. Return to the oven and roast for 6-8 minutes or until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of parsley.
