The Best Garlic Parmesan Chaffle

Ingredients:

- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (reserve a pinch to put down on the griddle first for a crispy outside!)
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions:

1. Preheat the mini chaffle maker.
2. In a bowl, mix the egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
3. Place about 1/4 cup of the mixture onto the mini chaffle maker.
4. Cook until done, about 4-5 minutes.
5. Repeat with the remaining mixture. This recipe makes 2 chaffles.

So delicious! Amazing with The Keto Lady Lasagna or as a dipper for your favorite soup! Iā€™m using my Tomato Soup! Spread some melted butter and melt some cheese on top for extra flavor!
