The Keto Lady Triple Berry Jam

The Keto Lady Triple BERRY jam!

Recipe:
I use 2 cups mixed berries. You can use all of one kind if you want- I used fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberries.

If using frozen just thaw out and drain a bit.

3 Tablespoons of sweetner you can use monkfruit, swerve or a blend.

Couple drops liquid sweetener as well if you have on hand ( stevia, monkfruit, truvia)

2 Tablespoons Of fresh lime juice

2 Tablespoons of Water

2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds

In a medium sauce pan mix all of your berries, the lime juice, water, sweetener of your choice and let simmer for about 10 - 15 mins.. I mash as much as I can with a fork or a potato masher.

When it’s al together liquified remove from heat and stir in your chia seeds.

Put into the glass mason jars and store in the refrigerator for a couple hours!

So delicious!
