Keto Lady Roasted Cinnamon Pecan Chocolate Loaf

Ingredients:
• 8 large eggs
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon
• ¼ cup pecans, chopped
• ¼ cup Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your mini loaf pans or line them with parchment paper.
2. Blend the batter: In a blender (like a Nutribullet), combine the eggs, cream cheese, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Fold in mix-ins: Pour the batter into a bowl and gently fold in the chopped pecans and Lily’s chocolate chips.
4. Fill the pans: Divide the batter evenly among the 4 mini loaf pans.
5. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Cool and enjoy: Let the loaves cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
