Keto Lady Roasted Garlic Parmesan Broccoli

Ingredients:

• 3 cups broccoli florets

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional for extra flavor)

• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season Broccoli: In a mixing bowl, toss the

broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika (if using).

3. Roast: Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until the edges are crispy and slightly browned.

4. Add Parmesan: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the broccoli in the last 5 minutes of roasting.

5. Serve: Serve hot alongside the Verde Serrano chicken thighs.
