Keto Lady Verde Serrano Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

• 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

• 1/3 cup Burke’s Verde Serrano Hot Sauce

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 1 tbsp lime juice

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

• 1 tsp ground cumin

• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

• Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Prepare Marinade: In a small bowl, mix Burke’s Verde Serrano Hot Sauce, olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Marinate Chicken: Rub the marinade all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).

4. Bake Chicken: Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet or in a cast-iron skillet. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

5. Optional Broil: For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken on high for 2-3 minutes at the end of cooking.

6. Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
