The Keto Lady Simple Salmon
There are a on of ways you can prepare this fish! But, If you are looking for a delicious super simple salmon recipe, look no further!!!
We served with a simple salad and some riasted asparagus!
2 TBLS Olive Oil
2 TBLS Lemon Juice
1 TBLS Yellow Mustard
2 TBLS Fresh Parsley
2 TBLS Chives
2 Large Cloves Garlic
1/2 TSP Red Pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 TSP Sea Salt
1/4 TSP black pepper
Preheat oven to 425
Mix all ingredients together until combined ( let sit as long as you can) if you can!!
Place your Salmon skin side down on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Pour marinade over fish and rub into ( kinda like a massage) let fish marinate 15-20 mins…
Put in the preheated 425 degree oven and bake 12-15 mins depending how think you’re salmon is!!
Serve nice and warm! Enjoy!!
