The Keto Lady Sweet Pepper Poppers
These are so good! I’m not usually a jalapeño person, but I love these sweet and savory treats. You can enjoy them as a snack or a side dish!
The Keto Lady Sweet Pepper Poppers
Ingredients:
• Mini sweet peppers (as many as you like)
• Boursin cheese or cream cheese
• Bacon
Instructions:
1. Cut the peppers in half and clean them.
2. Stuff each pepper with your choice of cheese.
3. Wrap a piece of bacon around each stuffed pepper. (Slice the bacon in half, then cut lengthwise and stretch it if needed.)
4. Place the wrapped peppers on the air fryer rack.
5. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 15 minutes.
