The Keto Lady Cold Ramen Salad
This is absolutely delicious! Serve hot, warm, or cold! It’s a NEW favorite
THE KETO LADY RAMEN
What you need to make dressing -
2 Tablespoons Nut Butter (peanut recommended)
1 TBLS Braggs Liquid Aminos (salty)
3 TBLS Water
1 TBLS Sesame Oil
1 TBLS Sugar Free Honey
1 TSP - 1TBLS fresh garlic
1 TSP - 1 TBLS Fresh Ginger
WISK UP IN A BOWL - SET ASIDE
What you need for base -
1 bag of Miracle noodles
1/2 cup shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
1/3 cup shelled edamame
1/4 cup green onion
1/3 cup chopped cucumber (optional) (if I was serving cold I would, but warm I would not)
2 Tablespoons chopped peanuts
Put well drained and dried noodles in a big bowl, add in the rest of the ingredients. Then add the dressing mix well!
Serve warm or cold
Add chopped shrimp
I added fresh basil on top
Garnish with more green onions and peanuts
