The Keto Lady Spinach Artichoke Dip

Going to a barbecue this weekend? This is a great dip to reheat on the grill!!

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.

3. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, and minced garlic.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

7. Serve warm with keto-friendly dippers like celery sticks, cucumber slices, or low-carb crackers.
