The Keto Lady Deviled Egg Salad
Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons clean mayonnaise (avocado mayonnaise, Primal Kitchen, Duke's, or Sir Kensington's sugar-free mayo)
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, celery, and onion.
2. Add the yellow mustard and paprika, stirring until all ingredients are well mixed.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve chilled, either on its own, in lettuce wraps, or as a topping for your favorite low-carb bread.
